Launceston 2012 (Day 2)

It was quite a hot morning with some breeze. CK drove me to Launceston Seaport for a breakfast.
Swans and pelicans on the lake ...

A morning dragonboat ride in the distance ...

The backlight is so strong from the morning sun but the photo turned out to be quite serene.
A quiet calming seaport where we have our breakfast in a cafe called "Cube". Both cheese with ham sandwiches and eggs benedict tasted great!
 Bridestowe Lavender Estate
 The entrance of the estate

Even though there are no lavenders blooming in this season, the landscape is still quite charming.

 Pipers Brook Vineyard
The Winery Cafe in Pipers Brook Vineyard offers quality food which uses the freshest ingredients. You can taste the freshness of the salad and prawns in every bite!

Giving way to the family of geese across the road ...
 George Town
A sleepy small old settlement town ...

Another chinese dinner at Canton restaurant ...
