A simple celebration at Wawawa

Happie Birthday to my hubby ! He was deciding where to spend the Saturday late morning ... I suggested that we should bring Jojo along to celebrate his birthday rather than just the two of us.

 The carpark entrance ... what could I say ? It was a hot and humid day !

There is no air-con in this cafe ... however the cafe is clean and new. A little breeze now and then helped. We were asked to be seated outside with our pet. It was pretty hot ... luckily it started to drizzle and we could get a seat inside the cafe. Poor Jojo would have to be confined to his carrier till we finished our food.

This was where we were seated .. yes, under the rather hot sun ! Not at all pleasant ...
This place will be wonderful at night, I'm sure.

 The nachos ... with some melted cheese, diced tomatoes and green peppers. Quite a normal dish .. nothing very special.

 Cajun chicken .. chicken was tender and nicely marinated ...

 CK's porkribs burger ... and the amazingly crispy fries !

 After our lunch, we just took a little walk along this short wooden walkway ...

We couldn't wait to enjoy some shelter .. yeah, the best way to do was to head home for a relax Saturday afternoon. Nonetheless, happy birthday CK !
