Orange cake

How's orange cake for tea ?
Till date, I'm ashamed to say that I have never tried an orange cake before, can you believe it ?
I'm not sure why but no one ever talk about any cravings for an orange cake.

Anyhow, I went through my favourite blogger, The Little Teochew and was pleasantly surprised that she does have this recipe ! Can't be happier !

It was not difficult at all to bake this cake and yet this cake promised a fluffy and relatively moist texture ! Frankly, I love this cake !

As you can see, this cake is plain and can even be mistaken as a butter cake ! However, don't be deceived by it's simplicity, as long as it tasted great !
